Thanks for the review bro. You dont get false alarms from this? Also do you still get notified to your phone if you have a power outage?

We get a lot of brown outs it seems to be petty accurate. Usually when I get the alert the microwave clock is reset as well. So I think it works very well. Not aware of any false alarms so far.
