When government says let's make 100 smart cities...legendary says we need smart village. If government says let's make 100 smart villages..legendary says first improve urban cities and technologies. Like this every Indians will be arguing with government. Then the smart people in india will move to America for their smart security life...This what actually happening here. So if government starts to develop smart cities. By becoming volunteer you guys develop smart villages. In india we have freedom to do anything. Jai hind

"INSECURITY" is what I think is the basis of undeveloped villages. People feel insecure so they exploit what is meant for others. I see people dying.
