As someone who has an IQ of >145, I can confirm you that Johan is easily above 160 and Conan is above 180. Also Willam James Moriarty is in the range of 190-200. Also the IQ of Ayanokoji is in the same range of the IQ of William James Sidis (a real life genius and the smartest person ever born, and Ayanokoji is a better version of him, because of a perfect memory, insane calculation and inhuman visualization and knowledge, not to mention he mastered every subject to PhD as 8 years old) which is from 250-290. Near's IQ is nove above 170 ranges. He completed the work that L gave him almost as a game over, and strategy is not exactly IQ. Madara and Aizen's IQ also is not that much high, but their battle IQ is because of battle experience and strategies. Also Lelouch, Makishima, L and Light's IQ is not far from 170-190 and they shouldn't be overestimated because of their fame. IQ generally is the measure of your working memory, processing speed, reasoning, visualization, verbal comprehension and quantitative proficiency, so characters like Norman, Ray, Koro sensei, Ayanokoji, William James Moriarty, Sherlock Holmes and etc have extremely high IQ because they are godly in these categories. Also I think you have to separate the realistic smart characters (no superpowers, just a simple row intelligence and well explained feats) from those who have superpowers and illogical and unexplained feats.
