Mene 2008 me kiya tha aur mere enrollment certificate per Permanent likha hua he Delhi Bar Council se kuki muzhe AIBE nahi dena..Bar council told me that you don’t need COP, your enrollment certificate itself says permanent

Respected sir Mujhe kuch questions the jo me aapse jaanna chaha rha hun 1- kya jo log llb ke time internship karte hai unko llb complete hone ke baad kisi advocate ke under fir 2 saal internship karne ki koy jarurat hoti hai yaa nhi ? 2- Or kya llb ke time jo internship karte hai wo bhi 2 saal tak ki honi hi chahiye 3- kya me du se llb karne ke baad ajmer ( Rajasthan) me kisi advocate ke under internship kar sakta hun 4 - or kya llb karte time koy ek law filed select karna hota hai _ ex- criminal lawyer, property lawyer, etc. 5- sath hi kya llb or internship karne ke baad kya sirf ek hi field ke case dekh sakte hai yaa fir defferent's - defferent's type ke case kar sakte hai 6: Ek aur question hai sir ji Ki kya llb karte time students'fail bhi hoti hai yaa back aata hai college jaise 🙏🙏 7-Or kya jo Hamm llb ke time field choose karte hai , toh advocate bhi usi field ka hona chahiye internship ke liye??

I have passed llb this year (2022) you can Practice in all fields (criminal,civil,or field of law which requires you law degree) , no only in master degree of law (llm has master degree has option to choose specialization in business and criminal) You can practice anywhere in India after completing law.

No need to do internship after completing llb, but you should focus better in internship time because it can help you better after completing llb.
