I disappeared in 2023 for 9 months and popped up during the holidays unrecognizable. Gained a whole new level of confidence and respect too. Time to run it back for 2025. Great advice!

I did that unexpectedly in 2021. I got in the best shape of my life at the age of 33 years young. 😊 Before I did that. I did not have a direction. Since then, theirs i still have challenges, but life is so much better. I've incorporated sooo many great habits. Thank you unk.

Appreciate your advice there are times when we have to reorganize and disappear. No social media, be productive and meditate and decide what's important to you. Sometimes in life we have to take a step back to move forward. Work hard in silence. Hope this helps

I think that’s what I truly need. I’m working 2 jobs. One pays the bills and the other I want to make a career as a personal trainer, but it’s a slow grind. On top of that I’m an artist who wants to make doing art into an income pillar. Your videos help me put things into perspective but ultimately I know I must make the sacrifices instead of watching KZbin videos for dopamine hits. Thanks for your work on this channel

Not really a social media person but I have watched a few of your videos that have encouraged me to pursue a better lifestyle. I am going into Monk Mode to focus on my dreams and purpose. Thank you in advance for the new woman that is coming forth 😊

Well said bro. We all have the power to choose, let's choose what builds us up and aligns with our goals. On a side note, I saw the landline phone in the background, it's been ages since I saw one of those. 🤣. Best to you and Kep us with the good work.

Thanks for the advice. The only social media I use is KZbin, which is not really social media in what we think of immediately. Nevertheless, KZbin is a great tool but can be very distracting. I’ll check back in 6 months from now. Tip to others, deleting the app from your phone whether it be KZbin, IG, FB, etc., goes a long way. You don’t realize how naturally it is for us to pick up our phones and tap an app and there goes 15- 30 minutes plus wasted on nothing. God bless.

By coincidence, I am writing a book about Monk Mode. So far I have written about 100 pages for a paperback. I guess it will be about 50 more pages. Six months sounds like a lot to me. In the book, I recommend setting four weeks of Monk Mode as a goal. Or start with 1-2 weeks and if you feel it's going well then go for 4 weeks. You can set different levels of Monk Mode. Six months Hard Core Monk Mode I think is almost impossible in today's society. Four weeks is more reasonable. I'm not in Monk Mode right now, but plan to run 10-12 weeks after new year.

I Love that approach, to step back for a lengthy time and give yourself a rebuilding phase,from the inside with meditation, reading, resting, worshipping our heavenly father, if you had $50,000 to put towards your retirement how would you invest it, I'm curious to know, thanks for your feedback always
@SmartMoneyBro2 күн бұрын
Thanks. Depends on your age, how much other money you have, do u have an emergency fund, do you have debt, etc etc. Lots of factors.

How does one do this while dating? And maybe dating someone who isn’t on the same path as far as wanting to go missing for periods of time and being frugal. And do you think this is possible to balance with people or should you be completely alone
@SmartMoneyBro2 күн бұрын
You do it to suit your needs. If you don't want to do it alone, do it with only the right people who help build you up.

@bornjusticerule57642 күн бұрын
Actually it's easier when you're single because there's no one else to consider upon making decisions. Become obsessed and maniacal about your goals. No excuses.
