I have the M6 and compared to the DJI Osmo 6 and the Insta360 Flow Pro, M6 is hands down the winner. I'll upgrade to the M7 for sure (when needed).

The feature set is really cool, and if I was someone who produced videos on my phone I'd be very interested in this. The tracking is pretty terrible, though, at least from a smoothness perspective. It bounces up and down and it doesn't look fluid between the tilt and pan, like you can easily see if moving up and down and left to right instead of coordinated movements. I imagine that can be fixed through software update, but that shot with Otis looked really weird and bouncy. I really like all the features like the detachable monitor like you'd get with a Ronin 4D.

I had this one. it's incredible. only reason I got DJI gimbal is that I can carry latter in the pocket where this one is just too big for low key videography. You will be looked at as a pro in most of the places and like historical sights and they will ask to not use it or pay extra for pro equipment.

From what I saw of the phone's position, it's not possible to put a USB-C microphone, which I see as a certain disadvantage.

DJI needs to hang it up. The last gimbal I bought from them had an App that seemed to really be after the data on my phone rather than operating the Gimbal. Not buying into these slick Chinese products that will not operate when restricting their Apps.

I have the Hohem Mt2 and use it daily for my job i love it , this is basically the same but just for a phone with a few added features, you cant go wrong with it.... im an automotive photographer and videoagrapher for various dealerships in my area

I own M6 and just recently gotten my M7!! Both are absolutely best gimbal in the market right now. If M6 is good, M7 is great!! With lots more powerful features and huge improvements made upon the successful M6. Newbie can start with M6 for more budget friendly to pocket and you can focus to master your gimbal basic skills first before upgrading to M7. M7 is great if you compare cost vs capability. Worth every penny, IF you are serious into video making. The AI Tracker is way better than all competitors in the market 🎉🎉🎉

Definitely overbuilt for some consumer, but as a business tool? Family event streaming has become a good business in my country with all the people that have emigrated all over the world. Not everyone can make it back for funerals or weddings so this would be a killer upgrade for anyone using it for that kind of work here or for a creative outlet. Agreed. But I think it's most likely that they just used the vanilla settings straight out of the box. Usually on gimbals like these, you can adjust the sensitivity of the motors and tracking to be however fast or slow you want. This is just me giving them the benefit of the doubt.
