Another GREAT video my pizza brother! I was in final negotiations for a space that I have been watching for some time. The owner of the complex was selling the buildings, and so I finally convinced them to give me contact information for the new owner. When I contacted the new owner he was very excited and grateful for me wanting to rent the space and said in 14 days he would be the new owner and would love to lease it to me. Long story short the old owner was in litigation with the prior tenants, and he inherited the legal battle. Ends up they won and he had to re-up their lease😢 Now just looking for another space that makes sense. Hope you're doing well in the New Year look forward to meeting you eventually one day!
