What the video doesn't tell you is that place has an extremely high failure rate. These are the names of all the pizza businesses that have been in that exact same location/building. So that one place has had 4 different pizza businesses in 6 years. Mangia Pizza - 2013 Vinny's Pizza - 2015 Marathon Pizza - 2018 Blue Square Pizza - 2019

Or they got an offer that was worth selling to the next person. It is extremely common for a restaurant to open up and look to sell for the quick buck but it is also common for restaurants to fail because it takes a long time to break even with startup cost. @@Nova-m8d

I had a small chicken place in a former life......but definitely have some serious COPD (Chronic Obsessive Pizza Disease)......grind my own wheat....etc. Only have an Ooni but it gets a workout regularly. @@Smartpizzamarketing Try lowering the ISO next time. That should fix the white wash out. Although most "auto" modes should also fix it. But for sure a little lower on the ISO should do it.
