I see them on instagram all the time . I gotta get over there and try them out . When the owner turns pizza making into an exact science you know the pizza is great !

What he mentioned about instagram ads not yeilding results, is actually really true. ads are prone to bot clicks if the goal is to send people to a website.

What the video doesn't tell you is that place has an extremely high failure rate. These are the names of all the pizza businesses that have been in that exact same location/building. So that one place has had 4 different pizza businesses in 6 years. Mangia Pizza - 2013 Vinny's Pizza - 2015 Marathon Pizza - 2018 Blue Square Pizza - 2019

Or they got an offer that was worth selling to the next person. It is extremely common for a restaurant to open up and look to sell for the quick buck but it is also common for restaurants to fail because it takes a long time to break even with startup cost. ​@@Nova-m8d

I’ve been watching a lot of your videos, but I can’t find a video about you and your journey. I’m very interested because I’m one of your videos from a few years ago I believe said on your slowest day you were moving 200 pizzas on a busy day 500.

Wow! Just found your channel......watched multiple videos you have made and just WOW! Great content, super interesting owners/operators! I had a small chicken place in a former life......but definitely have some serious COPD (Chronic Obsessive Pizza Disease)......grind my own wheat....etc. Only have an Ooni but it gets a workout regularly. Again, great content, thank you!

@@Smartpizzamarketing Try lowering the ISO next time. That should fix the white wash out. Although most "auto" modes should also fix it. But for sure a little lower on the ISO should do it.

If he doesn't allow it to drop too much on the PH scale, why use sourdough? Is it because it is still better for flavor? despite the improvement in digestibility
