It is very useful to see product tests and reviews by someone like you who know what they are doing and know how to evaluate results. I have a Thermoworks dual probe thermometer that cost $100 that I like, but it doesn't have the protective springs where the wires meet the thermocouple. Thanks Steve!

Steve mate, your ice water test is a valid temp test. A difference of 1 degree is far more then accurate for any kitchen Thermometer. for the price of 25.99 USD that is a bargain. The TheSMARTRO ST54 Digital Thermometer has a 5 star rating on Amazon. Cheers mate
