Hi smash please could you try fried oysters one day. Its one of may favourites. Secret in the batter is carbonated water, flour salt pepper and a touch of grated garlic - great in a bread roll, cob, muffin with some rocket and mayo. Even spicy mayo.

Mate you said it right "Not a big fan of lobster and cheese" I get everyones taste is different but for me if you want to destroy a lobster or any seafood...Slap some cheese on it...Also does not matter what cheese it's just grim no need for it, But i like marmite on toast so what do i know.
