Jay enjoy your enthusiasm when you catch, never loose that. Treat each outing like the first, take what you catch, no matter what size as an achievement. Your excitement is our your subs excitement, it’s what makes us come back for your videos. I’m 66 and I still get a buzz when I see a new video pop up. Keep up the good work Jay, it is much appreciated👍👍👍

Homemade Garlic Butter; crush 4 cloves of garlic with 1 teaspoon salt, (not Iodised) add to this 1 heaped teaspoon cayenne pepper and a good grind of fresh black pepper, mix well into 1 packet of soft butter. Place in a sausage shape on some tinfoil and roll up into a sausage tuck the ends underneath and place in the freezer. When you're ready to use it. cut off a slice, leave the rest in the freezer, fry the butter in you're little green pot Jay until it is bubbling hot to cook the garlic, then add a small amount of water, when that's hot add the seafood. Great video thanks mate. greetings from Sydney Australia.

I never get bored with these videos, the underwater footage is great, the scenery is marvellous and your enthusiasm is fantastic. I'd like to say, you owe me$75, but was worth the buy. The kids wanted to try spider crab, so I had some flown in live. The kids followed your directions to a T. And they loved it. Heck,. I loved it ❤️. Only down fall, I have to listen to the whining about not living on an ocean. Thanks Jay 👍

Another Brilliant video Jay about foraging in Guernsey. I used to catch spider crabs of the old stone pier at Weymouth, 30 odd years ago and would either steam them with fresh herbs or cook on an old barbecue with fresh herbs and a large pot over the top to keep that herby, smoky taste in, try it especially if you can get apple sawdust or chicory chips in with the barbecue charcoal, highly recommended. Keep them coming Jay, you bring back a lot of memories to an old man! Would love to see more catch and cook like you did with the mullet, haven't had mullet for years, used to catch 3 - 4 pounders in the old harbour (before they changed it) at West Bay Dorset, like you on bread and hook no floats, no weights just did line and bread. Thanks Jay

When you pulled up the first wheel, I knew it was going to be a good day for crab fishing. Shame you only got one big boy but nice to see the "little" ones as well. Don't worry about boring me by doing the same stuff over and over. Even if you're doing the same thing, the results will always differ (today for example, getting multiple carbs each pull). And the foraging and regular fishing videos, just seeing all the different creatures and plants is amazing. It's relaxing and enjoyable to watch. Hell yeah.
