@@alexcarman6637 I personally don’t know how he does it. If you’re are seasoned. I protruded needles by pressing cart plunger. Then pressed needles flat against the tube with my thumb. Obviously with clean gloves and before touching skin. Cross contamination is key. Goes without saying but don’t barb the needles

His last comment wondering about larger needle diameters there are a few needle companys that do manufacture L/M/S taper #14/.40g, #16/.45g groupings on traditional bar needles . As far as being available in a cartridge setup I'm not sure.
