[SMFILE] - Idiotic Transaction (CSP 16)

DDR-styled chart. Pretty straightforward for the most part due to the speed, but there's still some twists and such in there. Maybe a couple unresolved patterns, but its a DDR chart, and that gives it a certain... je ne-sais quoi. I lean towards rating it a 16, though I could see an argument for 15 or 17. Its just really long and fast with not a ton of breaks, so I would tend for harder. Not quite sure if it really gets that push for a 17 though.
Might edit this down to be shorter in the future. May also put just the stepfile up for download.
