I'm still trying to process the fact that the guy who's now in charge of the majority of the writing and animating for the SMG4 series, not only has no problem with the MxM ship, but is actively trying to give hardcore fanservice to it. I mean, wow. We've certainly come a long way from the dark days of huntgbunt, the shipper purges, and fake discord posts that supposedly "deconfirm" MxM. It's a different world now. Sure, they've taken out some of Mediecalibur2012's more explicit MxM moments, but who's to say he won't wear them down over time. Could you imagine if the ship becomes canon at long last? After having been bullied by the anti-shippers for so long, I'm not sure how I'd handle such a massive win.
