9:35 I know this is clearly a jab at Internet Explorer, but I see something else going on. Some people take a bit longer to process information that has been given them in one way or another. Sensory overload can be one reason for it, but it could also be due to brain fog or other things our brains can do to us. SMG4 could have ridiculed Slowpoke if he wanted, but that wouldn't have helped him at all. Looks can decieve after all. I'm a Pokémon fan who unironically believes Slowpoke to be a smart Pokémon who just happen to take longer to process information, that's all. So this part is 100% wholesome for me, despite the obvious joke. I really love the nuance in this series. It's silly and yet it makes me cry from time to time. Even the overused jokes that appear in the videos have unpredictable outcomes. That's the kind of chaos I approve of!

I just realize something about Zero. It's a theory about the face of Zero, or lack there is. If any was paying attention to SMG 1 & 2, they're missing an eye and arm on their skins and what we saw of Zero was an Arm and Eye in that order. Zero could be a character that's featureless and Zero is trying to gain a form with the addition of the SMG's power, the avatar. The one that infused with the meme power; the lose of IQ (or the shifting of it) could be a side effect if not handled well. But the gain for a form comes with a cost of the universe, why and how the universe, my bet is that Zero's efforts to gain a form from source with a lack of needed power leaves Zero only a little more powerful, but the victims just husks that move to Zero's will or maybe even are Zero's will acting through the husks. Zero's lack of form could be work to his favor for now, right now his Eye is the only this that's getting through and maybe even completely is the virus case thing goes out completely.
