This is my feeling… If you noticed that your daughter, friend or colleague was accumulating high end clothing and house and all. Would you not ask where she was getting it all from. This did not happen overnight.

Melissa was and still is a financial genius! She sold her financial business for over $86 million dollars. Melissa wanted to help her friends and family, she used her secret formula that she created on Wall Street to use to make huge financial gains for her friends and family and she never charged anyone any type of commission!

That the DNA of the foot matched the DNA of her toothbrush does not convince me that it's Melissa's DNA, she could have been smart enough of leaving a toothbrush identical to hers with the DNA of someone, who's foot she somehow got (medical vast at a hospital or good know where) with the same DNA!!! I hope they tested more DNA samples from their house to exclude this scenario!

I think DNA would have been fully tested. However, I think giving up a foot was part of her getaway plan she was still in complete control.

the footage of anthony colletti reporting her missing shows him telling the officers that she was wearing silver asics sneakers.... so they were told the correct info....

If she could pay thousands for a dress & a ring, etc., why not pay someone tons of money to make a cloned foot with her dna? Surely, she had money & a new phone in a secret place besides her home, just in case. She didn’t take her phone or keys. Everything can be bought (a foot somehow having her dna & that shoe) for the right price, especially if someone has no conscience. That or she paid someone to say it was her foot. Her young hubby just doesn’t seem smart enough to do any of this. I don’t think she’s dead.

I agree. I love how everyone says it's impossible. It isn't. The mafia kills a homeless woman and then puts their DNA on a toothbrush in Melissa's bathroom. Or there was no DNA at all and as you said, paid the one person in the chain of custody to confirm it's her foot. They did the same thing with Brian Laundry. Even that movie with Matthew Perry explains how the mafia can do it.

What about the dog pig dog tattoos, were they on that foot and no description of how the foot was severed, power saw, shark, etc. Also I'm sure just about every house in that area would have CCTV, has any body looked at the footage to see which direction she went that morning. Agreed not enough evidence to say she has deceased.

I really don't mean to make light of, or disrespect people who have died. However, scientists including medical professionals, law enforcement, first responders of all kinds, have to look at these things in a detached manner so they don't end up being depressed & potentially becoming suicidal themselves since they see death every day. It appears to me that you are overly sensitive as perhaps you have had a loved one die a tragic death. My condolences. However, this broadcast does give a warning at the beginning of each episode that some ppl may be disturbed by the content. Perhaps you should pay heed to those warnings and not subject yourself to triggering content?

People are so mean, and all they care about is their money that they’ve invested not about a human life or if someone else may have been involved. This mystery is very calculated. Mellissa is alive and hiding out with the millions she took. She’s sad that she can’t contact her loved ones yet. But she is alive.
