This song was an anthem for me as a teenager. Hell all troubled teens back then.

Man. The bass is so on point. Just stellar holding the whole thing together. Also what a hard song to sing over and over. Homage due.

I tried to create my own role as “head of promotions” when they were touring back in 2002/03, before social media. I worked at 99x but never heard from them 😢 They’re incredible.

I’m 16 but I still enjoy good music I really only listen to 90-20s metal I love bands like avenged sevenfold godsmack and slime empty soul I don’t understand why kids my age don’t listen to music like this anymore

I seen them live once in the early 2000s. In albuquerque new mexico they nearly blew the roof off the place😊

Damn dudes voice is shot. You can tell he killed himself in the set, my band used to cover this and I would make sure I played this at the top of the night. I couldn’t imagine playing this as a closer after an hour or so set.

He does an acoustic version of this on their KZbin channel that is pretty decent

Zack, I was watching a more recent video and his voice is far, far worse now. He was hoarse and practically sounded like a death metal singer singing this song.

I honestly love it. Reminds me of Cobain

He sounds incredible in this performance. There's no way he could sustain that though for years and years. Hope his voice is alright.

I saw them back in the day when they were popular at voodoo fest and he sounded the same, he just couldn't hit that note in the song for some reason, it sounded much worse than this actually 🤷

Sean is the man but he was big time into the booze at this time I believe so anybody giving him grief for the performance is misinformed these guys are world class but he was not doing so good during these times … I always recommend them they really kick ass those first 6-7 albums were the best like legit so good ! Vultures is my favourite

That guitar tone sounds pretty bad. Kind of sounds like he's playing with his neck pickup or something, but it could have just been miced up poorly.

The jock drummer didn’t last. Guitar playing and vocals sound very much like the album. Bass is fine. Still though just not gripping.
