Huge props for talking about this. It takes great strength to do so,especially to such a large online audience. I suffer from panic attacks and chronic anxiety myself,and it's fucking brilliant that the skate community is becoming so supportive of mental health problems. Stay strong,Chris. These are so important. Putting these thoughts and experiences into words and legitimizing them for everyone else to feel seen and understood is the first step to combatting the isolation and possible devastating consequences stuff like this can have.
