you said that we shouldnt rinse after brushing our teeth. Why? what should we do instead?

We should just spit the toothpaste (don’t gargle with water) so that fluoride can stay on your teeth. If you’ll rinse it, you’ll just wash it away and the toothpaste will not serve its purpose ☺️

Hello po :) Yes I told in this video to not rinse WITH WATER after brushing. Mouthwash should be used in the middle of the day from time to time :) If you are not comfortable just spitting the toothpaste, you can rinse with mouthwash after brushing but make sure that it is alcohol free and it is with FLUORIDE :)

There are whitening treatments professionally offered sa dental clinics po which is teeth whitening or bleaching. :) Prior to whitening po kasi kailangan nyo din po munang magpacleaning para mas effective ito. Baking soda po, yes nakakapagpaputi naman po siya ng ngipin but I don't advise to use it everyday po :) pwede pong twice a week. Basta po ingat lang po sa sobrang paggamit nito kasi katagalan po nakakanipis din po siya ng ngipin :)

Hindi po Sir, mas nakakaabrade po ng ngipin ung hard bristles lalo na po kapag madiin kayo magtooth brush :) malamot po ung soft bristles pero mas nakakalinis at mas makakapasok in between ng mga ngipin at gum line :) (+ visit your dentist regularly po talaga hehe)

And kapag sumakit po yan at nagkaroon ng infection. Mas masakit po talaga magpabunot dahil hindi tatalaban ng anesthesia po ang may infection :) Mag-pacheck up na po kayo if may 6 months na hehe :)
