Looks like a very lovely park there. I have one close to my house here in Amsterdam, so I don't have to bike to it. I just like to sit on a bench, watching the people do their thing in the summer. Now it's colder, I use it more to gather my walking points.🚶‍♂ Keep your spirits up and just let go of all the bad stuff. Nobody can control the world and you really shouldn't try either. As you said: "Life's too short".

What a perfect Autumn day! The colorful trees and the deep blue, cloudless sky are magnificent. Autumn is my favorite season, as well. 😊Thank you for taking us along with you, and also for sharing your thoughts. I share many of your struggles, Shinichi. I think aging is a challenge for most of us. It certainly has been for me. I agree that it's best to focus on what we _can_ control and on what improves our mental/physical outlook. And, to remember that, if we're lucky enough to make it to this place of transition, we're definitely not alone in our experience. You seem particularly self-conscious about this subject. We understand that you need to be able to make a living. If you have to do sponsored content in order to present the content you really want to share, we get that. As long as you are transparent about what is sponsored, you gotta do what you gotta do. It's true, I love this park! We always took Saya here to play when she was little and with us in Tokyo. We come to the park from the other side though, we enter near the children's play area and the archer's practice part. We already saw people gathering ginko nuts when we were there this time. Any time of year this park is great. Isn't that dish you don't know what it was called hoikōrō in Japanese? Age is indeed an number. They said to me this year as I turned 40 it would feel totally different. Not true at all. Yes I notice I'm not 20 anymore, but that's fine. Stay healthy and happy is the best way to get older. I know the negative things sometimes take over, same here, but indeed we can only do so much and let the rest run it's course. How difficult that can be.

That is like the opposite here. We locals like being out after the long brutal summer. Which starts right after winter. We tend to not have a spring unless you count the two or three days of warm up before Summer starts again lol.
