I was raised in the words of this piece of art, Growing Up in a round pen , running the snubbing post rope on broncs , standing by grandpa as he 4 footed a bronc in that round pen , Only guy I’ve ever seen do it in person Riding off into the timber on a young bronc with a hump in his back , 10 minutes into it , he tosses the lead rope to me , Ya there were more than a few crashes , but some of the best horses I still have ever seen, now 60 years later Good horses are made by wet saddle blankets, there aren’t any broke horses come out of a round pen with the 3or 4 hour gimmick Those horses get a couple of days of green grass you still have a bronc What a great song
