Smite 2 gameplay, Titan Forge and Hi Rez say they plan to keep the original running as a stand-alone title, and the game “will continue to receive regular updates and servers will remain available for the foreseeable future.” Smite 2 gameplay, but not all cosmetics from Smite will carry over to Smite 2, given the undertaking of bringing 10 years of content to the sequel. “There are currently over 1,600 skins in Smite, excluding Mastery skins,” Titan Forge and Hi Rez said in an FAQ on the Smite 2 website. “To just port every skin to Smite 2 would take about 246 person-years of work. Smite 2 gameplay, and we couldn’t both do that and make Smite 2 as amazing as we knew it could be if we focused on starting anew.
Smite 2 Gameplay - The original Smite launched on PC in 2014, and has since been ported to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Smite 2 gameplay, that game has more than 130 playable gods from more than a dozen pantheons. Smite 2 gameplay, playable roster also included guest appearances from painter Bob Ross, metal band Slipknot, and characters from Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra.

People keep defending the disappointment. Many people are 50/50 with this announcement it's not just haters, it seriously is a disappointment for many people. I'm happy for the new engine, the ceiling is higher for possibility. There are alot of people who want to see new variation from the 1st game, verticality, various maps, etc.

They’re not all getting ported to smite 2 on release and for skins they’re not all getting added either they’re launching with the cross play skins and some unique ones then slowly adding the old ones over time so if you link your accounts you should get those skins again and at the very least they said smite 1 skins will be cheaper whatever that ends up looking like

I played during that time as well, but honestly the changes aren't bad. Part of the reason I quit was I got bored, nothing was exciting about the game anymore, so I stopped enjoying myself. I eventually only played out of habit, so I quit. The game has a lot of new exciting mechanics though, not only for new gods but on the map, items to build, and old gods as well have received love so they can compete with new gods. Despite quitting since Season 5, I've come back and I'm loving it all over again.

jp when we had Ranked Arena scene, actual community tournaments not handpicked pro, when we had old fun gamemodes in the rotation adventures domination, smite cart... when UI actually looked good and had character battleground of the gods.... rip clash siege... before titan forge took over... since then the game has been going downhill... divided community on every corner

Voice packs are free upon god unlock. This is pre-alpha footage, but even so, if you can’t see a massive difference at that 1:20 mark, you need to have your eyes checked. More pixels, not run on Flash anymore (that flash, yes), hundreds more polygons, higher fps, better graphics, UE5, not the engine from 2008 thst they’ve been using, and so on.

yo esperaba que smite 2 sea un soulslike, que el mapa no sea plano, que haya algun cambio en el mapa, pero todo es cutre y se ve igual, lo unico que cambia y es solo por el motor es la iluminacion, los modelos de los personajes son fortnite lol, y el primer mapa de conquest si lo ponemos en unreal 5 con esas iluminaciones tendria mas realismo y se veria bien, la verdad, que yo apoyaba a estos muchachos, pero no hay grandes cambios que le hagan a uno decir que esto es mejor que el anterior, de hecho todo lo contrario, tiene 130 menos personajes, seguro que menos modos de juegos, el mismo aburrido mapa de conquista con la misma furia de oro aburrida y el mismo gigante de fuego aburrido, no hay nada novedoso en la jugabilidad... Si quieres entender a lo que me refiero, esperaba un juego mas similar a gigantic the moba, con los graficos del black myth wukong, pero nos dieron smite 1 con iluminacion doble

Yes there are a lot of changes and it is maybe not possible to do all this in an update, but as long as you have to unlock gods and skins again that you previously owned in smite 1 this game is just for cash.
