I disagree, no backpedal penalty on your next AA is extremely welcome on a mage with no escape. The damage it does is respectable and I wouldn’t be surprised if it ends up having great synergy with poly. I understand why you think it’s underwhelming and I agree on the idea that she could have received something more… engaging but I say she has one of the better mage passives

It'll do less damage and the enemies need to be constantly hit to get value as damage increases the more the same enemy is hit so you can't miss or switch targets without decreasing your dps

@W1LL1AMTV True, I didn't think about that part. But if you got a team that can lock down a God, you can burst them pretty well. Someone like a Ymir or if you build isolation to slow them down. Plus, if your guardian plays it right and makes it so you can hit them as well, you can get 6 seconds of continuous damage
