In this guide series I take a look at each god’s respective abilities and describe how they function and what situations they are best used in. I also go over builds, relic choices, ability leveling, and combos with each God. The guides are typically made for new/returning players but I don't shy away from more technical ideas/mechanics, so who knows, you might learn a thing or two!
For builds the first build I put is the one I personally rely on/recommend, then, any other builds are sourced from high level players, usually referenced against builds from prosmitebuilds.com, which gathers builds from high level players in ranked and pro play.

I used to SUCK with Martichoras, but that was because I didn't realize you could actually aim Acid Rain farther away, so like an idiot I just kept using it at point-blank range and playing Marti like he was a melee character, which consistently got me killed. I still suck with ranged characters, and I sincerely wish they gave Martichoras a scattershot effect on his attack, but that's probably too much power for a Hunter.

It's very similar you can just go Bluestone > Transcendence > Soul Eater > Fail-Not > The Crusher > Heartseeker

he was actually one of my first guides! A good build for him now would be Warrior's Axe > Gladiator's Shield > Breastplate of Regrowth > Oni Hunter's Garb > Phalanx > Spirit Robe The final three items are totally interchangeable depending on who you're against though. You might need Magi's instead of spirit robe, Spectral over Phalanx, etc. Generally with him i find you either go full tank or full damage with your build, no in hybrid builds with him really (not that they're very relevant since they removed actual hybrid items)

Dunno if it's been patched (not pun intended ) or not but the bushes don't last forever anymore

Nope in that case i just misspoke, the bush duration has been 180 seconds since he released
