Love you buddy !!! Ain’t nothing but a thing! If it ain’t right then you gotta hit the big break and fix what’s hanging up the progress! Ain’t no sense in trying to do any more than you can get done the right way… I’m just laughing because I less experienced guy probably would have fired his new build with the big base gasket air leak just to hear it or have it running and what you did allied you to get to wiping on the 1184 or whatever and cleaning it up so that it was ready after the trimming job on it’s bottom! And when there’s a little one around then their schedules make our schedules change to suit them… that’s a real deal guy move there! We fit into our family and don’t do things that make them fit in around us… that’s that extra level of love that makes me really respect the daylights out of you buddy! A fantastic saw builder, yes indeed… but at the forefront is great daddy and husband and living a life that is good in the eyes of our lord and savior…. God and family above all else… that’s just the way it’s gotta be… and there’s tomorrow for the finish and firing off! Heck.. I’m excited about tomorrow for another reason, now! 😂 😂😂👍😜✊. Is that a 52mm BigBore Farmertec cylinder that you ported and dropped on? I couldn’t tell good from the video? I was just wondering what you used to drop on??? I love that piston work… after I found those single ring meteor 371 piston’s from hls I got a couple for these couple of 50mm oem cylinders that cleaned up good… I’ve got several of the 372’s to assemble over these next couple of winter months… finally getting my saw building time coming around again so I’m a happy guy here… it’s saw time again! 😂😂😂😂. Big Hugs to those little ones and your sweetheart… baby momma! 😂😂😂. If you call her that does she laugh with you or want to wack you one??? 😂😂😂😂😁✊😀

So it watched skirt on the cylinder and you to mill it down? Sorry I’m just trying to fallow along but that’s cool how you knew something wasn’t right

You may have to raise the band in the cylinder, you said it was at .019” gap, and you saying it’s binding by .005” or so if my math is right, that would put the piston to band clearance at around .014” and I’d dare say that’s a bit close.
