SMK PP700W (SPA PP700 - States) Trigger polish and grease by New Town Naughty Boy

In the 3rd video I take the 4 parts of the trigger assembly out of the air pistol and polish and grease the surfaces.

Don't use wet and dry paper to polish, because it is not flat. Instead use a 'credit card' diamond plate or white Arkansas stone. Common diamond grit cards come in 300, 600, 1200 etc. Arkansas is a bit weird because it can cut quite fast but mirror polish like 3000 grit. Holding a hammer or sear square whilst polishing is tricky, so fit it into a small engineer's clamp, square it all up on the tail of the vise, and sacrifice some of the clamp. The job can no longer rock and you are no longer limited by the accuracy of your eye and hand. Once done carefully take the sharp edges off the job so it doesn't scrape and dig in

Found this video very helpful, especially the part showing all pieces fitted together. Lost my trigger spring putting it back together, but this does not effect the use of the gun. My pistol seems to have all parts polished and very little grease. Thanks again for the video.

Hi i have a frustrating leak on this gun. I have reseald the whole thing and have one leak i cant sort out?? It seems to be cuming from end of barrel? Have you any idia wich seal it could be? Many thanks...

No im very sorry Steve. I do know the set of replacement seals that come with the pistol are next to useless and its best to get a new set. there are quite a number of seals in this gun.. sorry cant help much more

Hello sir. to clean the barrel I unscrewed it very easily. But to put it back, I screwed the barrel back on but it doesn't block. It screws and turns without blocking. Is this normal? Thank you and happy new year 2020. Django.

IF (god forbid) you did strip a screw, they are repairable with a Helicoil kit.I have salvaged many bits of equipment. small as M3 upwards
