I think I was one of the first ones to call her CC. It was after Liz and Gigi's debut but before Ceci and Raora's. I was like "So Gigi is GG and I think it makes sense to call Cecilia CC and Raora RR as well. But Elizabeth doesn't like the nickname ERB [back then], so what should we abbreviate her into?" Of course I was not the only one with the idea to call her CC and I'm not claiming to be the one who started it.
