When I saw that first collector series my mind went straight to wish they had a doctor knife in that n then you whip out the doc wow, just was thinking wish it had classic top Swedge n long pull like the 92 case classics still jus Wow. Don't know bout y'alls mileage but, the Case T.Bose saddlehorn is the sharpest blades they've EVER made. I mean absolutely makes their old razors seem like butter knives : )

Right at the very beginning of the video talking about the microtech Knife and he was giving the dimensions he said the blade was 3.5 and when it is closed it is a 5 inch then he says the overall length of it is a 9 inch I don’t know how that is possible but I know 3.5+5 is not 9 inch but what do I know.

@stevemendez3535 this is a great observation... what I measured in the video was the actual cutting edge which I find to be the most important part of blade length. When you take into consideration the substantial choil on this knife that brings the blade length to 3.88" and the closed length is 5.06" bringing this knife overall to just under 9" (8.94" to be exact) which is why I include the overall length because that determines size in hand. 6/100ths of an inch I believe is close enough to call it a perceivable 9" but what do I know.

Brother I’m a FedEx driver for the largest mall in WV and the amount of boxes I handle everyday sucks all the oils out of my fingers. It’s way too often that I deliver boxes and notice blood on them and realize I have another Grand Canyon split in my finger tip bleeding over everything I touch! I truly feel your pain. Trying to get the crack that’s on my right thumb that has split up under the nail and into the nail bed healed up as I type.

To the guy whose fingers are cracking because of the cold, I know exactly what you're going through. I went through it myself. If you want to avoid this in the future, always wash your hands with cold water. Never use hot water and I promise you the cracking will go away.

That ram lock sucks from what I’ve seen. I was going to buy one but I saw it fail a “whack” test. The reviewer that did the test also fixed it by removing a bit of material from the lock portion on the blade that by doing so, lets the ram go forward more, closing the gap in front of it.

And the New Year starts off exactly as the old ended… Overpriced folding knives that are simply the equivalent of high-end dresses… All that matters is: Which “super steel”, which high-end designer, how high of a price… SMKW has completely turned their backs on working class men & women (as well as fixed blade users). I have been a customer for many years, but that is over. The social media aspect of SMKW has RUINED THE COMPANY. The only department in the company that is working hard is “Hair & Makeup”.

Sorry you feel that way. We featured in this video several options under $100 and some under $40. We always try to feature a variety of budget options to cater to all aspects of the market, we also do quite a lot of work featuring fixed blade and outdoor bushcraft knives. This particular series is primarily based off of what we’ve gotten in new and there’s a lot of new stuff on the way to fit all wallets. And I can tell you, there’s no hair and makeup here, obviously you can tell by that mustache I have 😂. I would have to say overall, we try to feature a variety of price points and product types to include everyone.
