Imagine being any other strongman competition, and realize the amount of content Brian gets out of this one show vs the other shows. You can argue all this content has a lot of opportunity cost. But frankly, I think a lot of people love, this show.

Brian is keeping great with how the strongman comunitie comunicates nowdays, Rogue and the Arnold´s do a fantastic Job, but Brian going out and doing interviews and keeping the hype is so great. WSM is in the stone age though.

Man I wish I could like this video twice😃 Nothing but respect between the two giants... So nice to see genuine appreciation by both for each other. In my opinion, not to take anything away from other shows but I do think SMOE is the best strongman competition. True test of strength, best group of athletes and the best engineered equipment and most importantly, Brian treats all the athletes so well... Brian is an awesome ambassador for the sport! Goosebumps watching this. This year's lineup is crazy. I said it before and I'll say it again, I was worried at first with Brian leaving strongman since he's always one of the ones that can win in every competition. Seeing Thor back, which I didn't expect would ever happen, really helps round things out. This is actually going to be the first time I'm seeing Thor compete live online, since I sort of got into the strength game late. Just a week or so more for the big weekend!

I've been watching Strong Man since the 70's and I believe Thor will win the 2024 SMOE! I do believe because of the clean judging and top-notch events this will be the premier event in the world. It’s great to see Thor happy, healthy and motivated!!! This is gonna be an epic battle. Who’s gonna win? Obviously the favorites are Tom, Thor and Mitch. If so had to put money on it…I say Mitch wins with his consistency. But I think the stone lift will be the decider. That’s the only weakness I see for Mitch.

It is love for the sport, no doubt about it and Brian loves this sport and I believe he also feels some responsibility for the sport as well. It is also true of most strongmen. It is a strange sport where almost all these guys support each other and cheer for each other. It is an individual sport but the athletes care about the sport and want it to grow and so they try to leave it better than when they left it. I work in business and I think there are just so many good lessons here that apply to business. Fantastic and fascinating sport.

I believe that Thor will win the Shaw Classic this year. He is clearly the best raw deadlifter in human history. His squat is definitely the strongest it has ever been. And as long as he stays in the top 3 with any pressing events, he will dominate the rest of the events. Add everything together, he wins. Bless the rest of the competitors.
