One problem I find with jazz guitar chord melody work such as this is it often feels too metronomic. A good jazz singer is always playing with dynamics and tempo relative to the rhythm section and that is what gives it a personal touch. But when melody, chords, and beat are in lockstep it sounds like a digital interface with a machine with no soul. It makes no sense.

I think I see what you mean, and I agree with you. On that specific interpretation I think I was a bit too metronomic, I could have made it more personalized. But keep in mind that my main goal here is not to play the most personal version that ever existed, but to make it easy to play and to share it with tabs, closeup and slow version: a pedagogical work 🙂
