Can you make the wire up and proof with your edge comp because I really need to know how to do it and you have the best video and the only video on how to stack it with a edge comp. my truck is an 01 but the only difference should be the map sensor layout? Plz help

+Mitchell Yarborough Yeah I will post videos as soon as i get my edge comp, im just waiting on parts to come to my door, should be a couple weeks till that video comes up, and yeah the only difference is the data link plug in and the map sensor

+TrucksAndTuners I used a 33ohm resister and just ran 2 wires and some 18gauge wire with the resister sodder on. No fuse thing tho. And then my switch when flipped only works sometimes and when it dose it only is a small puff of smoke. Why is is not just blowing huge clouds of smoke? Is it bc I didn't use the fuse thing? Or bc I didn't use a 10ohm resister bc I used a 33 ohm insted?

+Mitchell Yarborough Are you running any tuners? On a stock truck a smoke switch won't do too much, even with a lift pump upgrade, the only way you'll see a bit of smoke (if any) on your truck is if you put it in first or D and start trying to do a burnout, the truck needs to be under load for it to see any effects. Just revving it in neutral won't do anything

+TrucksAndTuners it has an edge comp. even with it in drive and me revving it with the breaks it won't puff any smoke just one cloud every now and then

cody short yeah you need a tuner for this to work, and my switch is specific to the edge comp, but there is a way to do it on stock, I don't remember how it's done though, you work with the map sensor wires the same though
