I bought one from Amazon too. Try piping the smoke from underneath the firebox through the drip pan hole 🕳️ that leads to the drip pan.

Going to smoke some cheese first and i make my own salami so this will be great for cold smoke for that! How about smoked bbq popcorn? Should work.

Have you tried wood chips? Or combo wood chips and pellets?

Ok i see you used wood chips just bought this and wood chips aren't mentioned. Would imagine wood chips burn faster?

I did pellets and wood chips. I have not tried a mixture yet.
