Welcome to the Mothership! Today we are breaking in the new Weber Master Touch! I'm throwing some baby back ribs on and using a 2x2 snake method to get that low and slow temp! I took these to fall apart level (more than I usually do) and the taste is incredible! If you're new to the weber kettle, or cooking ribs in general, Ill go over all of the basics here!
