I'm a huge fan of Oktoberfest celebrations and equally as big a fan of good beer cheese! Today we're making a party appetizer of some smoked beer cheese with some bacon pinwheels for dipping. Try these and they'll be a hit at your next party!

Just getting caught up on your channel, I'm making your salsa today for cinco de mayo. Everything you do looks fabulous, I've got a lot to replicate! What pellets are you using to smoke this all with? I don't have a pellet smoker but should be able to make it work with just a mixture of chips. Thanks and keep up the great content!

@@HolySmokesBBQ Awesome stuff, I'm putting the glazed meatballs and bacon pinwheels on the to do list as well. Going to finally pull the trigger on the meat grinder for my stand mixer. Going to have to grab some of your sauce and seasoning as well. Perfect for NBA playoff parties.
