They are immune to high blood pressure is usually inner city communities that has the bad food that was raised on bad food I know mad people Caucasians they can eat a whole pig a whole roast a whole beef their blood pressure will not go up as soon as African-American does blood pressure goes skyrocket to the sky because the African-American culture is not used to beastly meet before the times of eating meat we were more vegetables beans vegetarians that's why you see a lot of African-American households cook greens beans and everything else but when they started with the meat and didn't care about health no more that's what deteriorated our communities passed down from generation to generation great-grandmother great-grandfather but I don't have high blood pressure I take chia seeds and cinnamon you'll never get it
