We are double smoking a ham on the weber smokey mountain. This Smoked Glazed Ham is very easy to do but very flavorful. If you never smoked a ham on the weber smokey mountain, you should! Enjoy a smoked glazed ham on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or have it in the middle of the year like I am having! This is really an Easy BBQ Recipe and hopefully you give it a shot.
► GLAZE INGREDIENTS
2-3 TBS Pineapple Jelly
2-3 TBS Pepper Jelly
1 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 CUP Orange Juice
1/2 TSP Ground Clove
1 TSP Cinnamon
1 TSP Ginger
2-3 TBS Favorite Sweet BBQ Rub
Heat until dissolved then Glaze at 125• - 135•F
