Looks good but I'm surprised you opted to not mix any type of seasoning into the meat before forming the meatballs.

Thanks! That certainly is an option, but I find that the seasoning applied generously on the outside along with the sauce delivers great flavor. Thanks for watching!

As Rus mentioned, the seasoning and sauce provide great flavor without having to compact the beef to much :)
