Dang, that is one beautiful piece of meat even before cooked... wish I was able to make prime rib with my little gas grill set up. Maybe there is a way, I'll have to play around a bit. For now, I'll live vicariously through you and your channel. Subbed!

Looks awesome Jay! I have picked up a lot of good tips from your channel. I bet you would be hell on a calf or pig if you was a rodeo man with those ninja -like twine skills.

Hey Mojo. I got this weber kettle from one of my customers I deliver too. It's about 40 years old. He made Prime Rib every Christmas. So I'm going to do a video on it. Thanks for the tips. Never grilled a Prime Rib. LOL Hit that Thumbs down twice. Keep being you. Glad I came across your channel.

This looks great sir! I only have a Weber kettle, so I really enjoy these videos and you have given me a ton of ideas. I will be trying this out! Just did a version of your French Dip with pork instead of beef! instagram.com/p/CExUdfzFBxGhZ5gle1UrA-aygitS9mdcBEdaW00/?igshid=w20nmd6uutvc Keep them coming, Mr. Jay!
