Nate, looks great. I do something kinda of similar, not as fresh, however quite good. I know this is a stretch but I am asking you what you think might punch it up even more. Here is what I am doing: My ingredients are either and English muffin or Everything bagel; Vital choice Lox, Costco smoked salmon dip & spread and egg cooked on a grill for a kind of Lox McMuffin. What might be your number one or two additions be to bring it up a level? For instance, I am liking a little Franks hot on it and also a bit of shredded cheese. Respond or not... no worries and thanks for posting this.

I feel like Nates show is like the movie Speed, and Cj's show is like Point Break. Same Character, but although Speed is a good idea, it just drags on and never really satisfies....
