Chicken looks great! I’ve got a really good jerk marinade you should try. You can make it as spicy as you want or leave the spice out entirely. Also the moisture coming out of that piece of wood means it’s not thoroughly seasoned. Seasoned wood can get wet but the water doesn’t soak in. Love the videos, cheers🍻
