Wow Chef!! Once again you nailed it. This is the first time I've seen this video and I really like this method. I'm going to use your Brine for my holiday turkey this year. I usually inject which is good, however I never did your method because I didn't have anything large enough to accommodate the large turkeys I usually prepare for my family. Yes and do it for customers. Just make sure you pat your bird down and get the skin dry as possible.

225 to 250 is perfect for a turkey. Low and slow works all the time :)

@@rossinante1859 If you have a Instaread Thermometer you'll want to check the Breast for a temp of 165 F. That size Turkey should be around 4 hours. As for the seasoning I was using a season all but know I recommend Creole Kick by SweetSmokieJoes.com It's perfect for all meats as well.
