This pump is cheap and easy to handle, but there are some drawbacks, such as the oil that oozes out from the silicone hose and the oil that oozes out, and it stops spinning😅

INTLLABというメーカ製で、 Dosing Pump と書かれています。

If the pump is too fast, you can replace the silicone tube with a smaller one (change from 4mm ID to 3mm ID for example), that will let the pump motor run faster (not stalling), but still not pump too much oil. That kind of pump is called "peristaltic pump" in English, or "蠕動ポンプ" I think. It's also possible to get timer modules, so the pump only runs part of the time, but at higher speed.

As you said, this pump comes with tubes of different thickness, and I'm using the thinner one. The number of revolutions that can obtain just the right flow rate is too slow and may stop, so intermittent operation at a certain speed with a timer relay is ideal (^^)

Hi I love your burners such a neat and tidy build ! Is the pump still working ? Do you have a thermocouple cut out linked to it ,to stop the supply incase the flame goes out ?

I'm glad you like it. This is a simple structure, there is no countermeasure when the flame goes out, and if the flame goes out, it may need a faster reaction than the thermocouple thermometer. The pump still works, but the silicone tube is oily 😅

I don't know the reliability because I haven't used it for a long time, but I'm worried that the oil oozing from the silicone tube may slip the shaft of the pump 😅
