Smokey Tent Camping By Mt. St Helen's | Skottle Cooking | Gifford Pinchot National Forest | Aug. '24

In this August camping video, we are surviving the forest fire smoke in Southwest Washington State. Once again, we are tent camping and keeping it basic for this trip. We set up an awesome campsite, relax with some beers, cook an amazing dinner on the skottle, and then watch the meteor shower and stars. the next morning, we cook a great breakfast on the skottle, then pack up and get ready for our next trip. We hope you enjoy this smokey camping adventure!!

psyched to see some bloops! we have been missing them. This was our experience camping in umpqua in southern oregon earlier this month, we drove 3 hours to a site only for it to be closed because of the bushfires :( all the campsites nearby that were open were super smokey too. Hopefully it all stops burning soon, sad to see such beautiful forest be destroyed
