I live near Smokin Bros HQ & have one of these that I use on my SBros grill. I think your evaluation was accurate. It raises the temp but not the 100 -150 degree to seat they claim. Good job. Priced a bit too high for what it actually does. Maybe if a little cast iron flat top came with it?

Nice try but I would agree with a pass on this product. Ideas for future video, how about some of the Grill Grates flat top griddle for veggies or smash burgers. I am looking at getting one of these tops. It will work like a Blackstone griddle but at a better price and better flexibility for your gasser or charcoal grill.
