... ... and, as 'too much is never enough' and while we (often enough) travel back in time to fix certain things and cases, and - as we've recently found the rubble of the OZAV and aviation sport & humanity in their ruins, and - as we all, by now are raising it back to normal, and - while we don't smoke Johny Cash, or anything else - we certainly enjoy a few good songs from Blackeyed Susans, on a such rainy, shower-rich day, such as for today, or be it - on any day. If you would talk to a time traveler these days as to what would be the best thing to do - he would tell you to invlove in the such intiatives and have around a few best song links of this type - for your most rainy, autumn days, and to share them - a lot. That is - even if you can't find the Moon or Sun any more, due to either corporate or natural-event mistakes happening around - the same apllies :).

Did the TBS get their name from the Laura Nyro song 'Lazy Susan' (1967) which is about "lazy black eyed Susan". Nyro was a Bronx child prodigy, the first great female singer/ songwriter, considered an artists artist. See youtube for Nyro raves by Todd Rundgren, Alice Cooper and Elton John. See her 2012 Rock Hall of Fame Induction by Bette Midler. If you don't know Nyro, you are missing some of the best music made in the 20th Century, any genre. I kid you not. Some of her songs are still way ahead of their time eg December's Boudoir, Captain for Dark Mornings. Her fans range(d) from Miles Davis, Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Stephen Sondheim, Prince, REM, Steely Dan and Kanye West and rappers. - just a few. Even Barry Manilow says she's his favourite composer ahead of Chopin! Ricki Lee Jones calls her America;s greatest songwriter.

The name comes immediately from the song "Blackeyed Susan" by The Triffids. But see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black-eyed_Susan
