Smoking Salmon in a Cardboard Box (Catch and Cook)

In this episode, my friend Spenser and I catch and cook a coho salmon from one of the great lakes, and prepare it by smoking it in a cardboard box. This was one of my hardest catch and cooks, and have to give him and his old man another thanks. Would you eat it?

Hey Mav ask Spencer if he has ever cooked salmon on a paper sack on the grill?? That is my favorite way to cook any fish when ever I’m out camping & the people I’m with have never seen it done before!!! Every time I do it on a paper sack every one absolutely loves it & day it’s the best they have ever had!! Let me no if Spencer has ever done it that way??? My guess is that he has done it that way!!
