Right on. This is the basic method I use when I'm cooking maybe 10 wings, but if I got 30 or 35 wings I basically just put on the oven to 450 and cook them all for 45 minutes. And that way they all come out at the same time. Now for a Wing sauce, if you like Buffalo wings, just do two or three tablespoons of butter, and equal part of Frank's Hot sauce, and maybe a two teaspoons of garlic powder, and just toss your wings in that. Man alive that's good eating.

@@canderson2419 Yes. Baking sheet, then foil, then a wire rack; flip half way. Foil is just for the easy cleanup. Toss in the sauce after cooking.

Love AB..One other tip that makes a HUGE difference but is an extra step. If you're able to put your wings on a tray uncovered overnight inside your fridge, the skin gets extra extra crispy

Look up all the channels talking about BBBE. I thought it was silly, then did 30 days just to prove it so wrong. Well, I'm the fool.. judging what I didn't know. love watching your videos... gives me alot of ideas to cook.... one thing i do, instead of a paper bag i like to use a large clear bowl with a lid and ill throw all my seasonings in and mix around with lid on... then ill put like my pork chops in and just roll and tumble them around in it and it coats them real good too...

Here's my time crunch tip: when I have a large batch to prepare (for my hungry game day crew), I "pre-start" the next batch in the oven while 1 set of wings is in the air fryer. Then I move the oven pre-cooked wings into the air fryer. None of them last long.

I got a tip for you regarding the paper bags. If you go to your local grocery store and ask for paper bags for your groceries, I usually ask for extra and the stores around me usually never have a problem giving them to me. Sometimes I just tell them I like to double bag my groceries when I get to the car. Lol.
