Smoky, Crispy, Saucy, Spicy, BBQ Wings on the Weber Smokefire

Dry brined these wings in Meat Church Holy Voodoo and smoked/roasted them crispy in the Weber Smokefire pellet cooker. Sauced them with a modified Killer Hogs Vinegar Sauce. Turned out great and only burned my hand 4 times!

I am also a big fan of Blue Moon and wheat beers in general. I may have to give that Bell's Rind Over Matter a try. Thanks for the suggestion! Wing "flats" are absolutely superior. And yours look great! "I should learn to take smaller bites?" That's a term I'm not familiar with!
