Ok, so if your in your home and have medical emergency and call 911 -- how to 'OPEN' the front door to let 911 people in? Is there a lock that can be used for this purpose?

that is a great question, of course there is just the turn latch on the inside to open but if you are having the emergency and can't get to the door I think they will do as they would do for anyone that calls 911 in an emergency and find a locked door. They bust it in. You can program many different codes but if you do 911 as a code someone else might try that too. I don't know if medical or fire people have a special code they use for things like gates and stuff?

I had the same problem. Need to reinstall the lock. Make sure that you can turn the deadbolt manually before screwing in. I suspect the problem is that the cable somehow tangled with the deadbolt.

I don't think there is any or many locks that a professional can't get into. This is more of a deterrent and has features a normal lock doesn't have. Thanks for watching!

as I said before, locks are just deterrents and may slow down the common stupid criminal from getting in. Pretty much any lock can be picked by a professional or for someone really wanting to get in they will always find a way. But thanks for watching anyhow!
