Smooth and creamy Chocolate Ice Cream. Easy recipe with 3 ingredients
Ingredients:
Dark chocolate - 200 - 250 g
Whipping cream (unsweetened, 36% fat) - 500 g
Sweetened condensed milk - 400 g (one box)
Optional: Mix of nuts, cashews, raisins and cranberries - 100g
Chop the chocolate.
Heat 400 g of condensed milk over low heat. Add the chopped chocolate and stir continuously until melted (3-4 minutes). Place the mixture in a bowl, cover with cling film and set aside to cool.
Optionally, chop 100 g of mixed nuts, cashews, raisins and dried cranberries.
Place 500 g cold unsweetened whipping cream (36% fat) in a large bowl. We mix until we get a fluffy and airy whipped cream (4-5 minutes).
Add 3 tablespoons of whipped cream over the melted and cooled chocolate to thin the mixture. We mix until we get a homogeneous composition.
We add the optional mix of nuts and dried fruits.
Pour the chocolate over the whipped cream and incorporate it gently, until we get a smooth, smooth and creamy composition.
Pour the mixture into a heat-resistant container (22x16 cm) and level it slightly.
Cover the container with food foil. It is also covered with a lid (not mandatory) and put in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
